Child Health Issues

My son is of 45+ days and since birth he has been on breast feed plus formula feed i.e. Nanpro Excellapro 1. From last couple of days he has been spitting up milk or vomiting curdled milk after each and every feed. I have also observed acidity issues. While sleeping he gets irritated because of that reflex and sometimes it feels he has been choking because of that. We do burping for more than 10 mins, feed him on upright position, small frequent feedings but either it is breast milk or formula..he vomits curdled milk every time. We checked the wieght and it was 3.77kg on 45th day and the birth weight was 2.805kg. But it feels very bad when we see him vomit every time. I am not sure if Nanpro is creating problem or anything else. Also we tried feeding him top feed with bowl and spoon but he gets very irrittated with that and so that didnt work. Please note that my breast milk is not sufficient for him for the whole day and so i have to feed him formula.

My nephew has allergies on his body and a test report a year ago is attached herewith. He is having rapid weight gain, like 4 kg gained in last 1.5 months.

My baby girl 2 year 3 months old. She has no focus while walking. She's not seeing steps, or any stones while walking. She's walking casually looking at ppl. She's walking very fastly at times pulling me. How to make her walk pply with focus? Sometimes she looks somewhere else and falls down as she has no concentration. If someone asks her name or tells her hai, she's not responding. But if we, parents ask her, she's responding. Pls tell us how to make her pply walk with focus

My daughter started her first period on 31 December'21. Every month she got her periods more or less on time. last month due to her heavy stomach pain during period I gave her one medicine asking from a medicine shop. This month her date was on 18th, but still she didn't get her period yet. Kindly suggest.

My daughter is 1 month old. She is formula fed - Nan excellapro. From 2-3 days she is vomiting after every feed (curd like vomit). She has reduced her milk intake. She used to take little under 2 ounces every 2 or 2 n half hour now She is taking little under 1 ounce every 1 hour. She is always uncomfortable when I put her on bed. She seems to gag and clear throat alot. I try to burp her after feeds but still she vomits alot. She seems uncomfortable like always trying to turn side to side, trying to clear mouth with (as if choking). It is affecting her sleep as well and she is awake whole night crying and clearing mouth. Is this normal? Should I consult a local pediatrician? Is there any problem?

My son is 5 months 21 days old. He had loose motion twice yesterday. As per doctor advise we have started giving Z&D and wanted to check how to use Darolac sachet (1 sachet for 2 times a day). Was not to able to figure out the direction of usage instructions in the sachet.
