4 month baby snoring

Dear doctor, My baby is 4 month old..at night while sleeping he snoring in bit loud ...is it normal or dangerous? Also when I put hands on his chest ghar ghar sound comes from chest.. I always put nasal saline spray whenever nose blocks..pls suggest me ..is there anything to worried about it?

U already diagnose dear… yes when snoring comes and frm the test same sound comes can be checked by ears or sthetho It means upper airway block So use nasoclear drops, NO XYLOMETAZOLINE, Only plain saline drops . 2 drops 4-5 times or as req… humidifier can be used in the room as steam inhalation is not safe due to chance of burns..
