Hello sir my son who is 1 year nd one month old has fever nd today done lab test of cbc in this tlc level was high 11300 which is high than normal value last time his tlc was also become high but after treatment he become weell now again toc level were high please help m sharing his report.nd also repot of malyria nd typhoid which are negative..how to treat his fever nd high tlc level

Greetings, You do not have treat TLC. The child is having fever, TLC is on higher side in all children. So Relax. You can do urine routine test. Just give paracetamol !25mg?5ml One tsf Whenever he is having fever Just give plenty of Fluids to keep him hydrated. Give egg ,Banana, juice. Just start with small quantity and increase . Next week introduce one more item continuing with banana, You can start dal and rice soft to start. Do not forget immunization
