My son has high fever
My son has a high fever from  last night and has food poisoning symptoms We have given him meftal 500l tablet before 2 hours...but his fever didn't reduce ..can we give him dolo 500 now?

You can give dolo 500 ( paracetamol) after another 2 hours You can give paracetamol every 4-6 hours as per guidelines You will be having dehydration due to high grade fever  Give ORS ( oral rehydration solution) or electral - prepare it in one litre of water - one packet and give as much he can drink.
