6 month old baby loose motions
Hello Doctor
My 6 months old baby is having loose motions since 5 days with no signs of dehydration. Around 7-8 motion ,sometimes watery, sometimes textured, sometimes dry. I'm giving her lots of water, banana,ORS n rice daal water but it's still there. Kindly suggest me some treatment.I guess that she is teething. Otherwise she is active and fine. Thanks

As you said, she is active and doesn’t seem dehydrated, there is no cause for concern.
You can give her Z&D suspension 1 ml once a day for 14 days.
You are already giving her ORS. So there is no further need for any other medications.
Loose motions can take 1-2 weeks to settle down.
