How to gain infant weight
My child 5 months old male baby his weight 5.3 only. He not gain weight. I am giving him vitamins and iron syrups but also he not gain weight . Otherwise he very active and playing energetically. There is any issue doctor

What was the birth weight? Was he premature? Previous weight and date? Send all these details if he is active usually nothing to worry about. Give breastfeeding only.
