Child Health Issues

My 4yr old is having vomitting episodes since 2days.gave ondem,Montek ,rantic,oflamac.but no effect. He is vomitting even water. Gave emeset 7ml injection and olfamac antibiotic in the evening and still vomitted at night. He is also complaining of stomach ache. He is passing urine 2-3 times a day . What should I do next?

My baby girl 2months old weight 4.1kg hasn't passed stool since 3days.She has a lot of gas as in she farts the entire day but not pooping.Feeding is good,no crying or agitation or fussiness..Wanted to know if not pooping if fine for this age and if yes then for how many days

I have been told for my day 4 baby to feed every two hour So if i feed at 2 pm. The feeding and making it sleep goes one hour till 3 pm. Then next feeding session is 4 pm. Is it right?? Baby gets one hour only to sleep between  session. And have been told to wake up and feed. Im feeding formula milk. As milk supply low and baby doesn't wants to latch or tired sucking.

My baby is 4 days old. Dint pass stool yesterday 24 hours. Urine it is passing like 4 to 6 times. Is it matter of concern?? Passes gass too. Im feeding it lactogen formula milk 30 ml every two hours. Breast milk i try to feed too whenever baby agreed to latch. As im getting less milk. Milk started from day 3.

5 year old having cough from 2 months and also some times runny nose from past 3 months..please tell which test should take?

My son is 15 months. He is suffering with runny nose from yesterday. I have sinarest AF syrup which doctor gave last time for the same problem . His current weight is 9.3 kg. How much syrup I need to give now??

My baby boy is 4 months old. His weight is 5.6 Kg. He has been on exclusively breastfeeding with good feedings but suddenly from yesterday he has increased the time gap. So is it normal to have gap more than 3-4 hours (which used to be his demand feeding) or there may be any issue behind his increased duration gap between feeds.

Very little soapy water went inside nose and mouth of my 4months baby while washing is face during bath .I am using himalaya baby soap .do i need to worry about it ??please suggest me ,if i need to do anything
