Child Health Issues

My baby is 6 months old and she is having fever around 102° since yesterday. We are giving her crocin drops 0.7ml in 6hrs interval gap. Her weight is 6.5kg. Is the medicine and dosage proper? Should we need to do anything else?

My son is of 12 month 10 days weight around 9. 5 kg is suffering from cough and watery nose, is montair lc kid syrup is given as it was prescribe by doctor earlier, i forgot the dose pls tell or suggest any good medicine

Hi my daughter's 6 months started she is on Formula feed when to start puree or semi solids and I had a query for my helper she gave her child cow's milk  as she can't afford formula her 6th month also started when she can start giving semi solid...

Dr, My 6 yr old son is having trouble pa ssing in motion. Everytime he is trying to pass stool, he is holding his private part...am giving muout laxative suggested by the doctor...it is loosening his stool of course...but I don't know how to make him get rid of that habit.. Pls suggest why he is holding his private part while trying to pass the stool and how can I stop him from holding his private part. Thank you.
