Hi, My daughter of age 2.1yrs is suffering from cold and fever from past 24hrs. We are giving Meftel-p 5ml after meals. Fever reduces and is again seen after 5-6 hours. I also have sinarest syrup. I wanted to know whether Meftal works for cold and wanna know which medicine is best among these two for both cold and fever!

Baby weight by 6 months

Pls let me know if baby weight should double it's birth weight by completion of 6 months or 5 months? My baby was born on july18th with 2.8kg..she should be 5.6kgs by dec18th Or jan18th?
