Child Health Issues

My 5 yr old son has dry cough since yesterday.his nose gets blocked when he goes to sleep and in the morning also.otherwise he will be fine during the day. Mostly he gets cough when he eats something tangy like yeterdat he ate namkeen and after that he started coughing.pls tell me medicine.his wt is 20kgs Thank you.

From last two days having fever around 99-100 during night. Chest, throat & head feels very hot, what should we do.

Hi., My son is 2.5 months old now.....ever since he was 1 month old he was being held in sitting position for around 10 to 15 mins everyday in intervals through the day...we were alarmed to find out recently that it could damage his spine if carried in that position and we stopped ...can you please advice if some damage could already be done?? Should I get it checked??
