My niece is 11month yrs old.
Niece has common cold problem.. Her nose is always wet due to water coming in her nose regularly since last 7days.

Antibiotics will not relive the symptoms if it s not that bacteria v r treating so please consult before u start antibiotics as it has its own use and side effect.
As per ur words likely tone viral infection give some time it will decrease if child is not comfortable consult and get treatment as accordingly
