My2years7month niece not started talking
My 2 years 7 month niece is not started talking till now only papa mimi and tata. Is it matter of worry? Should we give her some more time? Or consult with a Dr. Right now? She is physically fit and active. No health issues. She listen and understand everything. But can't express herself in words. Pls give suggestions

You should get the consultation She should have spoken sentence with 2 words 50-100 words of vocabulary till now Her language development is of 1 yr and her chronological age is 2 and 1/2 so she is lagging.
