Niece being frequently ill
My niece is frequently contracting infection and getting ill. Sometimes stomach infection, then tonsils and recent being urine infection. Her weight is within normal range and all the recommended tests are also fine. What can be the possible reason for the same?

These all are the different infections that occurred at different times it is not only the one infection occurring in a recurrent manner so no need to worry only thing is give vitamin c and zinc regularly and give proper exposure to sunlight daily
