My baby birth weight was 3.155 kg now he is 2 months old and his weight is 4.69 kg. Is it normal or underweight?

Hello. My baby girl is 3 months 9 days old. We had taken her out for temple yesterday. The weather was quite cold. From midnight she has sneezing cold, a bit of cough and temperature of 99.4 F Could anyone help me on what medication has to be taken.

My 2 year 8 months daughter is having some reddish pimple like rashes on face for the last 7 days and fever and running nose for the last 5 days. She has these boils on face and one on hand and not on the rest of the body. Her weight is 11 kg and she is not allergic to anything. There is a watery substance coming out from the boils and many new are appearing. I am attaching a photo here . My 6 years old Son, keeps sucking his right thumb continuously, specially in night. Whole night he sucks his thumb. Its a matter of concern for us. What shall we do get rid of this habit, please let us know.
