My wife is getting headache we have 22 days old baby , which tablet she can take for headache with no impact on baby feeding and health

I got the xray report. Could you advice it is OK? Baby age 10 months. He is suffering from Fever since 3 days.

Is it safe to use normal elders laundry detergent for babies clothes (like surfexcel, Ariel etc) or should use only baby detergent liquid (like Himalaya,luvlap etc) in washing machine and for normal washing?And also using Dettol anti biotic liquid in washing machine and for bucket wash for baby clothes. Please suggest Doctor.

Dear Dr, We have a 3 week old son. He was sleeping fine. However since yesterday he has been crying a lot and not sleeping well. I took him to an emergency where the pediatrician prescribed phenergan. I read about the medicine and multiple websites say not give the phenergan to kids less than 2 years old.
