Sir what causes repeating fever means fever after every 20-25 days in a 5 year old boy from start of april this happening otherwise child is very active playing whole day but this issue

My 4 yr old daughter have these rashes for last 2 days, they are slightly painful and mildly itchy, she have the same in front of and behind knees, upper arm elbow and inside mouth on the roof. No fever no tiredness or anything.. was having slight cold for 2 days. Is it contagious ? Is it ok to sent her to school ? Should i consult a dermatologist or pediatritian ?

My daughter will complete 6month in 10 days. We used to feed her midnight while she was sleep through bottle as we didn't want to wake her up. From last 5 days, she has stopped taking mignight feeding completely in her sleep. Does baby still require midnight feeding in this age?

My son is 2 months old and he is sleeping only 10-11hrs across the 24hr period. While his sleeping patterns changing from night to morning . He is sleeping 10hrs across night but from morning 6 to Eve 6 or 7 not sleeping at all and waking up suddenly after 10min nap in morning He is taking feeding well and crying sometimes. Is it normal ?
