My one week old daughter has been on breast milk and has been consuming approximately 80 ml every three hours. She has also been passing motion after every feed. But now she has passed four motions in an hour but the consistency is the same. It's not watery. Is it diarrhoea? Shall I take her to the hospital? Kindly confirm
