Child Health Issues

My baby girl is having cold and cough. Last time (one month before) when she had same problem,Doctor advised to give LS Coril drops 0.5 ml and novamox 0.5 ml for the weight of 6.1 kg, now she is around 7 kg. I am in different location I can't get same LS coril drops. In Medical shop they gave Dextromethorphan hydrobromide and chloropheniramine maleate syrup. Asked me to give 0.5 ml in filler. My question is, both syrup and drop is same? and can I give this one instead of LS coril? Please reply me, as I am unable access doctor now.

My kid is 26 months old and his weight remains between 10.5 to 10.8 kgs. He eats well and is active. Please help regarding same

Hello doctor, my baby is 6.5 month old.She is twin 1 born with 2.30kgs & now she is 7kg.She is taking formula feed & solids.She is normal active & taking good feed as well.
