Child Health Issues

Since yesterday night my kid is having dry coughing. Dry coughing was not much while he was sitting or playing whole time but it aggregated once he lied down to sleep. He suddenly started coughing more frequently. I gave him Asthalin+Cetrizine in syrup. But nothing helped him out. Finally i gave him duolin huff puff still no relief in dry coughing. Kids detail Age 6.1 yr Height 3 ft Weight 15.5 kg Please help and suggest what else or what needed to be given to sooth him so that he can sleep.

Hi , My daughter is 2 month 9 days old , she used to poop everytime throught the day in small quantities,In last days she has passed stool in large quantity at 1 time and today she has not passed stool but her pee is ok. Is this sudden change normal or do I need to consult for checkup.

My 3 month old baby is sleeping more and eating less. However his urine output is 7 +. I am not sure what is causing him to eat less as compared to previous month. I give him formula milk, earlier he use to drink 60ml each feed and now it has reduce to 30 ml each feed. Kindly suggest

My daughter hold her legs tight (pic attached). She doesn't seem to have any pain. But her face becomes pink and her head sweats. Does it often when she is alone on the bed/floor. She is 11 months old, she doesn't sit on her own but she sits if she is made to sit. She crawls forward on tummy with the help of hands. She doesn't have teeth too. All other things like communication, eye contact are fine. Is there anything to worry?
