Sorry to hear of the trouble.
As baby is just 1month, please take consultation with your local Pediatrician/neonatologist for proper clinical review.
Why did you check for fever ( usually temp over 99.5F)? Was there feeding difficulty/irritability or other concern?
Small babies with fever can potentially get more unwell quickly so best to have baby reviewed by a doctor.
Normally Crocin drops can be used to reduce fever, but best not to self treat without a review.
