Baby excessive sweating

Asked for Female, 38 Years

My one and half year baby excessive sweating since summer and little watery stool since 15 days, I have given powdered little fried unpeeled almond and cashew with its powdered food since it was 1 year , now I came to know unpeeled almond toxic and increase toxin in my baby , what should I do now
