If weight gain is present, baby is feeding well, there are no breathing problems, no colour change of the skin, baby is active and playful otherwise. THEN THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY.

Hi hope your parenting journey is going well.
Sweating in baby is common provided he is feeding well without significant pause and discomfort. Watch on weight gain pattern. Sometimes it may be related to room temperature and clothing.
Next Steps
Watch for feeding pattern and inter current illness
Health Tips
Usually not alarming provided sleep and feeding adequacy is maintained. Focus on room temperature , humidity and clothing.
