Hi my daughter is 4 yrs old she swallowed chlorine water when she went for swimming from that day she is having urine infection she is having burning sensation while passing urine does chlorine water causes bacterial infection please suggest

My 8 months old daughter had fever from Monday (11/7/22). Today went to pediatrician. He prescribed calpol and cephalexin drops (antibiotic) for 5 days. Now her body's temperature is normal (no fever). Shall I give cephalexib drops or not necessary? Is it necessary to give antibiotics?

5 days old baby sleeps for 4 to 5 hours after feed  , does not wakeup himself , need to tickle his hands and feet to make him wake up . What can be the causes ? Is it normal or there is some problem.
