Child Health Issues

My two sons 6 year old and 7 year old have continous fever since 3 days giving crocin ds 5ml and 7ml respectively if fever above 102.5 then i give meftal p 5 ml and 6 ml respectively . Fever is non stop have to give them medicine 4-5 hourly They have difficulty swallowing and have become dull . Is this viral or bacterial?

Sir one dog scratch me no blood come out but the problem is I have taken rabies vaccine in 35 hours is it late please tell like during 35 hours of this I take vaccine I have read that it should be taken within 24 hours please tell it will be effective or not and please explain the 24 hours and 48 hour concept like some websites written within 24 hours that I am asking

Hi doctor, My daughter is 3.5 yrs old. and from yesterday she is having mouth ulcer and that's under the tip fo the tongue. She is very afraid to eat or drink anything. What must i give to her to eat ? And how much time will it take to recover. My family doctor gave an ulcer gel seems that nit helping and she is in pain to eat or drink. Icecream will help?

Hello...my baby is 5month old ...his weight is 8.5kg... he is on lactogen formula powder and breastmilk too...he now keeps his fingers in his mouth always n feel like chewing .. is his teething started? He cry so much at night before sleeping... When I make him calm and try to get him sleep ...he sleep putting his fingers in his mouth only... Yet I'm not giving gripe water to my baby? And any teether? Should I give him ..will it work and will he seleps calmly in night... I used to give colimex also as I thought he would be having stomach pain but still he cries... What to do? And he sleeps very less...wakes up in every half an Hr in night n day also
