Child Health Issues

My two years old son is always having runny nose and sneezes daily. We are giving Levocetrizine kid tablets almost 20 days a month. Sometimes the runny nose continues for days. At times he gets asthama like symptoms. Doctors prescribed levolin inhailer and budecort inhailer with mometasone spray. I don't want to give him Levocetrizine daily. Is there any remedy for it.

Baby age 3 yrs all of sudden she got pock one 1 side nose small with pain and little little swelling feels on lips becoz of inner nose 👃 pock . Pls advice any like ointment or drop thanks Don't have any fever

Following are the reports of my kid, i will see the doctor tomorrow but definitely things don't look good. I want to understand is it something serious or it would get ok with time.

I am blessed with twin baby girls on 1st july 2022 with birth weight 2100gm and 2000gm respectively ? Now they are around 2 weeks old and birth weight is approx same ? I want to knw are they low weighed ? How to improve weight, they are feeding well and active... When they will start gaining weight ?

My new born twin daughters on 1 july 2022 having some little wounds in umbilical cord as it was relaesed from their body on 10th july? What to put on that wound or it will b ok soon? Can ee put baby coconut oil?

My baby is 2 months old and till date ped. Has not recommended any vitamin D syrup. Is it necessary to give vit D? Or only sun exposure is enough? Would it create any deficiency if vitamin D not given

My 14 days old child sleeps for a little while and wakes up , does take brest milk and while feeding does not cry and falls asleep in the lap but as soon as is put under the blanket wakes just after 4 or 5 minutes and starts crying .  He has been repeating the same from yesterday. What can be causes ?

My one year old daughter sometimes when she doesn't wear Huggies she doing pee around 15 mins interval specially in evening or night.other time she is doing around 30-45 mins interval Usually we changed 4-5 Huggies per day.water intake around 400-500 ml per day. Is it normal or something to worried about?? Her growth rate is normal . weight around 10.6 kgs & height 77 cms( age 1 year 1 month). Kindly Suggest.

My baby girl 3 years old. From today evening she's having fever. She has got cold and cough too. At 6pm i gave her paracetamol syrup 2.6 ml. Till the fever is not reduced. Her weight is 10.1 kg. What to do? Shes on seizures medication.
