Pictures are attached herewith. My daughter is having those in body also in her mouth. Can anyone suggest what is this?

My daughter is 2.3yrs old...she xan say abc, numbers , rhymes, understand but she don't talk by herself (normally we talk at home)...like mom milk , food, something she know where to take us, so he can the needed she want...basically she moody...if we tell her to say mom dad she will take her own time to say...see directly not call us...iam not really understanding the problem...when we checked with doctor they said u can wait for 3yrs...is there any issue...so that I want to help her out...

Hi doctor My daughter is now 10 months old, she got covid positive 20 days back and she is now completely recovered but the doubt is now she has vaccination In 10thmonth can we take her to vaccination ? Is that safe to her? Please suggest us

Hi respected doctors My son is 2.5 years old. For last three days he cry at late night at arround 2:30 am without any reason. He generally sleeps till 12 o' clock. But after ,2 hours he crys slowly and increase his crying pitch and crys a lot and doesn't open his eyes and don't listen anything and crys a lot like he got injured. And within 5-10 minutes, he calms down. This is happening from last 3 night. Why is this happening . What can I do for this?

My son's nose is blocked and he cant able to sleep properly, breathe properly through nose we used nasal clear but no use.and fever is fluctuating at evening time it is less and after midnight it is increasing gradually, we gave paravis plus drops.please support me to reduce the body temperature and clearing the nasal block
