Dear sir / mam I want to ask for my 1 yr old daughter. Is Typhoid vaccine necessary or mandatory? I want to ask this as this is an expensive conjugate vaccine only available in private clinics.

Hi Dr. My son is 1month 15 days old and suffering from gas problem. He doesn't allow us to burp him after every feeding and cries a lot. Physician has suggested to give him colicaid drop 3 times a day, 8 drops - mixing it with milk. Also, a digestive enzyme 6 drop twice daily Please suggest if we can follow the same, or it's adviced to give empty stomach to child. His current weight is - 2.8kg
