Child Health Issues

My son has cough since last 3-4 days. I am unable to decide if it's dry cough or wet. He is on viscodyne d thrice a day. Now on third day her has fever 100.5. Gave Crocin 240 3.5 ml. Please suggest what needs to be done. Shoul I start novo 125mg ? Can I nebulise with duolin restyled along with viscodyne d Please help

Hi Sir/Mam My child is 1.5 years old. Last 3 days he is pooping 4 to 5 times a day. He is active and taking all the foods. The pooping consistancy is normal. Last week we have shifted to another place and he had some outside food and now we are giving boiled  cow's milk . Do I need to worry? Do we need to consult doctor? Pls suggest me possible solution. Since last few days my baby girl has been pooping green in colour. There is a little odour also which I find unusual. The texture of the stool is not runny though, rather on the side of solid. She poops once in one or two days. There is no other problem noteworthy.So I have done stool test and the report is attached herewith. If you kindly advice if it's a matter of concern.

Dear Doctor My son 4.7yrs old now. We could observe from last week that when he normally move around for play he get excess sweating on his forehead and behind his head. Hi I have given my son of 6 weeks vaccination from Govt Hospital, Now for 10 weeks vaccination Can I go to Govt hospital (Penta, Opv , rota)  and then take my son to private hospital for PCV 2 and IPV (full) Is it possible to give three injections to babies and should we do it. Is their any combined vaccine for PCV and IPV Pls suggest 🙏

Baby boy is 3days old. Bilrubin is 11.9. Bilrubin direct is 0.5. dr told require incubator. Does it require?

Hiiii...my daughter is two and half years old...today when she woke..she was continue crying...she says her urine side got hurt..i also applied ice,oil on that side but nothing give any relief..then we went to the hospital.. doctor gave medicine for pain relief..also said for urine test...after some time she urinate without any pain...her report is also normal... why it happened..can we again visit doctor...

Hi doctor, My daughter is nearly 3 yrs. We have noticed a small area on upper right abdomen which is blackish and a small swelling like a round bead inside. We found that today while giving bath to her. No pain or Itching. Not sure if she hit herself somewhere. Could you please check the image attached. Thank you

My baby boy 16 months old is doing poop after every meal from last 2 days. Recently we have shifted to another city and travelled through train. Is it because of the environment change or due to travelling? Moreover he has a loss of appetite also. Is not eating like before . What to do now?
