Child Health Issues

Hello doc. I'm mother of 2 kids. My daughter 3.5 yrs,son 10mnths old. Both suffering from severe cough,cold,running nose,fever. I gave medicine to daughter, taximo antibiotic. She is free from fever but sever cough and my son too suffering from cough. Please do suggest proper medication.

Baby hurt her teeth while jumping and it was bleeding for sometime. We have checked her up and also have done X-ray. She is on antibiotics. I see her teeth to be loosened, so will that be fixed on its own or it is a matter of concern?

My daughter is having cold and fever from last two days, we consulted doctor, but fever is not getting subsidize, m giving fever medicine atleast two times a day fever is still there.

We went to some other place in the last week, my son is vomitting while eating food from that time. What could be the cause?

My baby girl born at 35 weeks is in exclusive breastfeeding till now. She is 5 and half months old. After 4 and half months she slept 5 to 6 hrs straight without feeding. Now from past two weeks she is waking up in the night for every one and half to two hours. But I believe my milk is sufficient. From past two days, she is fully in play mode and not drinking milk sufficiently. Can I introduce her any solids now? Or can I give ceralac to her? Please suggest me

It's being 1 and half month  my kid is suffering from cough..some times it's heavy some time it's  light. In between this tenure he got fever for some times.. i already give him montair lc , pulmclear, ascoril ls & a lot of nebulization some homeopathic as well home remedies like basil ginger honey water..  but no effect.. still he is suffering from cough.. Dr. Investigation is lungs & chest both are clear.. it's just a infection.. now a days he is telling he is suffering from stomach pain too.. please suggest me something what can I do.. 🙏

My 8 months old daughter had fever on 11th July (monday) and it continued on 3 days. 13th july went to pediatrician he prescribed paracetamol and cephalexin drops (antibiotic) for 5 days. From yesterday I started giving cephalexin drops. Now no fever but she got allergy all over her body after giving antibiotics. Shall is stop giving antibiotics? Or continue?

My son is 5. 6 years old. yesterday night allergy occurred in his full body, red swollen and itching was also there. I applied Cetaphil cream and it was reduced after 4-5 hours, but today also it is coming in different places of body but in less amount. What needs to do? Hi, my son is 4.5 months old(exclusively breastfed). He is lactose intolerant and we started giving him neosmile 6 drops before every feed when he was 2 months old. Later on we increased the dosage to 7 and then 8 drops based on his consumption of breastmilk. Reducing substances in his first test had '+ + +' and now it is reduced to '+'. What is the recommended dosage of neosmile to be given and frequency.
