Sunlight exposure for newborn
My baby is 6 days old, can we show her in sunlight for 30 to 60 minutes everyday? If so between what time shall we show her, should it be direct exposure like without clothes or should she wear any light clothing ?

15 mins of early morning sunshine. Preferably 6am. Depends on the sunrise time at your place. She can wear light clothes but expose skin as much as possible. Do not expose to sunlight after 8am
