Sunlight for newborn
My daughter is one month old. How much sunlight is required daily for her ? Can we put baby in direct sunlight? If yes what is the duration for exposure?

Light sunlight in early morning and late evening for 15-20 mins may suffice

15 to maximum 30 minutes of direct sunlight Preferable time: morning 6 to 8 am Depending on weather ie after 8am in case of winter and at 7am in case of summers Indirect sunlight ie light coming from windows and doors can be taken throughout the day
