Sunlight for babies
Is it okay to expose newborn babies ( 0-1 month )to midday(11 am - 2pm ) sunlight for 5 min daily..?

It is neither necessary nor recommended . However in Northen India , during sunny winter months , when sitting in the sunlight is very pleasant and enjoyable , you may take the baby also outside but even then not expose to direct sunlight For Vitamin D requirements please administer vitamin D  drops to the baby
