Sun exposure for newborn

What is the best time and way for my newborns sun exposure in Bangalore so that there is less UV effect and sunburns.I have to go out as I don't get direct sunlight in the flat.

No need of exposing the newborn to sunlight . Give vit d3 drop 400iu once daily for 2 years. As mother milk doesn't contain vit d3 ,so you have to give that from outsource. And uv light is required for conversion of vit d to active form i.e vit d3 . I guess it's clear now . Thank you.
