Could you please suggest/advice when to use walker for a baby. Actually I saw on an internet, in many places its written that its not at all recommend as few points majorly highlighted : 1. The effect is to slow down/delay the motor development necessary to walk, in addition to impairing the discovery of body balance, the development of tendons and muscles 2. It gives strains to a baby's leg. 3. It is better to wait for baby to walk naturally instead of using walker. 4. Only be use for baby's entertainment.

My 4 yr aged son has fever since day before yesterday ngt...we took him to hsptl and doctor gave meftal syrup and Amoxicillin syrup...and gave an injection for relief..Today mrng he has fever below 100...I gave him 1 dosage of both syrups...From afternoon his body is cool he is dull and crying...Now I kept thermometer to monitor his temperature..It's 95.4...I feel worried...Do I need to rush to hsptl immediately??plz rply asap

My kid is 7 months old and having motions from 2 days. Doctor suggested Sporlac 3 times a day. Today medical shop they gave me econorm sachet as the sporlac is not available. Is it okay to use econorm? And both sporlac and econorm are same?
