I have a girl baby of 8 days with 2 kg weight. She is doing well... breastfeeding is ok... But today she vomit twice and stool very little (3-4 times) no other problem is there... No fever or  other issue...Is it ok or suggest some precaution or medication...

My son is 23months old.he had cold and fever for 2 days last week.i gave maxtra and crocin.he also had cough.but now again after 1 week he is feverish.he is also teething.not wanting to eat solid food.is that the reason for fever? Pls advice. Thank u

Hi My baby is going through teething pain. My doctor suggested dentogel and calpol 1 ml. He told us we can safely give her calpol daily if she is very cranky. It's now 20 days and we are giving calpol daily once or twice. Iam very worried ,is it safe ?

My son is 7 year old and he often complains of headache in the forehead sometimes side.what could be the issue .what test should I conduct.Also sometimes his nose bleeds on his own. He foot twisted whole walking very rare but it happens sometimes.his thumb nail i Has black lines..he plays dance everything he does but sometimes he feels nauseated in morning and leathargic.please guide

My son is about to be 3yrs old in just a month. He speaks a lit of things but does not always respond to questions. Like if I ask him "what is this?", he will answer correctly but if I ask him @do you want this?" He would not say anything but if I don't give it to him he would say oh Baby wants (whatever it is) - he calls names correctly. He uses a lit of echolalia but at the correct places. Like "baby wants to go ghumu ghumu" or "let's go ghumu ghumu" or "ohh, baby got a bubu". I am not sure if it is developmental delay or expected at this age. He does eye contact. He responds to our instructions like "wait here", "give it to (whoever it is)" or "take it". He does not answer to questions like "do you want this" or "do you like this". In case you are wondering about autism, his m-chat score is 1. He just has some communication issues is what I feel. Please suggest.

Last week my daughter developed some kind if rash  bump like on her neck and hand. Her pediatrician advised calamine lotion and the rashes were disappearing. Besides, she also had atarax syrup for last 5 days twice, 3.5 .ml. Also we gave her the first dose of deworming medication (for the first time). The next dose is after 10 days. Today, she has a small bump like pimple like thing inside her mouth, I am worried, if this new thing on the left cheek wall near gums is something serious. She had had her food normally and is playful too, but she is irritated on eating anything. Please advise

My son who is 3 years old is suffering from fever in range 100-101 degree since last 7-8 days and red rashes over his body . His platelets count has also decreased from 1lkh to 60000 in past week. Tests of Dengue, Maleria, Covid, Typhoid all are negative. Kindly suggest the course of action.
