Have lots of fluids , lactation promoting diet.
Mothers milk is the best but anxiety is detrimental for its production
Breast feeding takes time to establish particularly in first time mothers.
If the baby is gaining weight and milestones normally then relax

I must appreciate questions.
But very long review and research are available to discuss.
But one thing must be said, mother's milk is always superior.
If not possible, give formula milk at adequate quantity and appropriate dilution.
