My almost 3months daughter has not done potty today..otherwise from her birth till yesterday it was fine.. is there anything to worry or I need to do something or start some medicine?? Is it normal for infants??

Some children pass stools immediately after feeding ,this is known as gastrocolic reflex and few children pass after 3 days . Both of which is normal. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age. Don't give mixed feeding ( formula plus breast feeding) . Thank you
