Which vaccination PCV 10 or PCV 13 is administered by govt hospitals in Punjab. Can I take PCV 13 at 14 weeks if earlier given PCV 10 at 6 and 10 weeks

My son age 5months, having cough since a week and runny nose from 2days, I have kufril Ls and cetirizen drops, Which one is best for cold and cough? Or can I use both? If yes how many drops, Please suggest

My baby girl is one year old now..from her 6th month till now she is on formula dexolac. Now that she turned one year,i am going to start cow milk..currently she takes two or three times of formula once in the morning around six before her breakfast,once in evening ,once in the midnight only when she wakes up..so please advise on how to start cow milk from tomorrow? Should I dilute it? And how many times do i give her? Should I completely stop formula from tomorrow or stop it gradually...please help me
