My 5 month old baby is urinating very frequently around 2-3 times at a time .she urinates every time when she roll over .is there any issue or everything is normal

Yesterday all of sudden My 8 month baby boy had got diaper rashes on his bum and private parts. We are applying rah cream and keeping him open today hes passing loose stool three times by evening. What measures we have to take for loose motion and rash?? Anything to worry??

Hi 2.6 years old baby boy.temp on forehead is normal but if I see on neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 c Since 8th June I have been giving him paracetomol syrup levocetrizine syrup and for 3 days I have used azithromycin and using nebulizer ion and cough syrup for cough.used paracetomol yesterday night till morning temp was not there now when I checked on forehead it's normal but near neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 should I consider it as fever .it's already 12 days I have been using paracetomol syrup should I use more ?covid test was done 7 days back .he is having mucous phelgm and cough

And  sir Baby age 20 months weight 10.500 Don't have fever cough or anything he was active But all of sudden he got rashes on foot below and legs small and inside mouth ulcers came . Attached photos but might be not clear looks on photos .we went hospital and doctor written calamine lotion and oroser gel for mouth written prescription. Bht may I know why this happens any specific reasons pls tell and tips and further treatment pls advice thanks

Hi, my query is - if painless vaccination are as effective as traditional vaccines? Second can i get these vaccine in evening and should there be any gap between baby feed and vaccine time. My newborn is 6 weeks old.

My daughter is around 3 years old now, all well so far, she was clear in her words and speech. Around 20 days back, she was irritated for 2 days with very mild body temperature. Then she went fine, but she started  stammering and it continues now also. Please advise what to do.
