My one month baby had fever doc had given sumol drops nd taxim-o drops .now baby fever has over ,can I give multivitamin nd Vitamin d3 drops now with taxim-o which is continue for 5 days

Which supplements like calcium, iron and vitamin, D3 to be given and in what quantity to a 3 yr old toddler?

Hi sir or mam my baby was suddenly from 10 days having sleeping problem and it was taking so much time to sleep her and crying very hardly and mid night also 4-5 times suddenly wakeup and crying hardly we are understanding what is the problem and very difficult to sleep sleeping time also decreased suddenly plzz suggest me best medicine for her now she is 12 months old

My son is 2 months old and he is sleeping only 10-11hrs across the 24hr period. While his sleeping patterns changing from night to morning . He is sleeping 10hrs across night but from morning 6 to Eve 6 or 7 not sleeping at all and waking up suddenly after 10min nap in morning He is taking feeding well and crying sometimes. Is it normal ?

My one month baby had 100.4 degree fever yesterday , doctor given sumol drops for fever nd taxim-o antibiotics 1ml two times for 5 days , today fever reduced to 98 degree , my doubt it shall I continue antibiotics for 5 days or not. We had not done any blood or urine test , don't know it was viral fever or infection bt given medicine said by doc now fever reduced
