My son is of 9 month old boy..On 23 Rd of August he got vaccinated in government hospital on the immediate next day he got swollen in thighs and red mark on the point of injection...still now he has the same position but severe pain is not there...he was now trying to stand and crawling...but he was unable to put his leg down on the floor where he got vaccinated...i don't know what have to do it is a normal condition or have to worry about it

This can happen after any vaccination.
Cold compress can be done at site of injection.
Combiflam syrup (according to weight) can be given twice a day for 2 to 3 days.
For redness, can apply any antibacterial ointment (like T bact) based on the lesion.
Wait for a week or 10 days, it will get normal on its own.
