20 week anamoly scan report shows mild bilateral pyelectasis 4mm is everything normal.pleaase explain

Two problems have started together- 1. 19 month old Refusing solid food completely (absolutely nothing) + only nibbling on selective foods like salted chips, icecream, pomegranate. That also just 2-3 bites. Otherwise consuming almost 2lit (+-) of undiluted cow milk in 24hrs. 2. Crying hysterically in sleep This has started from last 5days. What is happening? What should we do?

My baby took birth 1month before prematurely, he's now 7n half month he does tummy time a lot but not rolling over n also not sitting, I had low milk supply despite every effort so I was advised to switched to lactogen formula , is this formula sufficient for babies over growth n what's the probable reason he's not yet sitting?
