Child Health Issues

I was playing with my 7 month old baby I was kissing his leg when he nodded to see me and his head hits with mine. Till then I am very much worried and feeling guilty. Is there any problem with this type of hitting head. He didn't cried when I looked towards him he laughed. Please tell me what to do or notice.

My son is 23mnths old wt 10.3kgs.had viral fever for 2 days last week.after that again he started getting fever so doc gave him antibiotic for 5 days.yesterday he completed his course and today again he got fever.pls tell what to do .should i give him for 2 more days.or is it some serious concern.very worried .pls help

My son is 12 days old. He has stuffy nose since yesterday night. He is unable to breathe with his nose and keeps crying. I have given him Nasoclear nasal spray 4 times already but there is no relief. He is unable to take breastfeed as he is unable to breathe and have given him formula milk with spoon. He wants to sleep but due to blocked nose he is unable to sleep Please advise what else to do.

Urine culture report is ok.ultra sound report is ok.pus cells are 25-30.reports attached.uriluzer syrup is prescribed 3 times a day.
