Child Health Issues

We had our daughter vaccinated at 6 weeks painless one. Inspite of painless vaccine she has continuous fever and even though i have given crocin drops fever is continuous. She also developed cough n cold. My question 1. Is it normal to have fever for continuous 24hours even after painless vaccine 2. She is very lethargic and sleeping mostly otherwisr she is a active baby. Is this okay 3. Not having proper feed but urine is okay. 4. Should i give her nasal spray for cold & cough

He is turning nine months tomorrow. He can sitsunsupported but not for long only few minutes while which he engages in play and falls to sides or front or back. Is this normal he was 2.9kgs at birth and 10kgs now. He can roll both directions. Also he can Belly crawl or move. Also when held in lap he is trying to put weight on legs stand. Is this a cause of worry ?

Hello doctor, I have 5 weeks baby boy. From last week he is suffering from nasal block. Doctor suggested to use nasoclear drops. We are using those before every feed. It is just giving temporary relief after sometime again same issue. Should we use any other syrup apart from nasal drops to relief nasal block permanently.

Hi, My son missed his ipv  booster at 18 moths,he is now 5.8 yrs old, There is not mention of ipv being given in his chest at 18 months Earlier he has received 2 dose of ipv in this first year Can I give him the booster dose of ipv now or is it not required?

My son had viral fever since yesterday.doc gave meftal p for 2days.he said even if fever is not there i should give every 6hrs.but today he didnt have fever since morning so i didnt give. Should i have given?? Pls tell the reason if yes

Hi my son 5.6 years old ..he is getting frequent pinworm problem...last month il give him albendezole syrup...this month pinworm problem coming...he frequently had this but the worms stay  only in anus not motion...pls give me some solution for this issues?next what can i do?is any serious problem?
