My son aged 3 yrs has been suffering from fever since 2 days ..Doctor gave saccharonorm sachet...2 times daily..how to give it...do I mix the powder in water...and quantity of water to be mixed??plz answer

My son is 2.7 years old. He is suffering from.fever from last 2 days I am.giving p250 5 ml every 4 hours and incase high fever giving meftal 8hrs once but today only I am noticing he has throat infection throat has white and red spots like mouth ulcer and he is having discomfort in throat so not taking solids much. Pls advice what to give for throat relief.

Hello All, We are seeing white patches on my 4 month old Son's chest. We feel these patches has increased in the last two week and so we want to figure out if this is normal for a baby or if require treatment. I am attaching pictures for your reference. Please suggest.

My baby girl is 88 days old. Her weight during birth was 2.5 kg first month wt gain was ok 3.1 kg ( during hospital discharge weight was 2.4 kg) full term delivery. Last month she gain very less wt around 350 gm and reached till 3.5 kg. Current wt is 3.73kg. pediatrician suggested to take powder twice lactodex, simyl mct oil After a week weight gain was 70gms . So he asked for few blood test heamoglobin - 9.5,sgpt(alt) 72.6,absolute lymphocyte count-3478.asked for colour doppler,chest xray which is also normal ( as baby make wheezing sound).He mentioned the reason could be laryngomalacia.So the doctor concludes that poor weight gain pattern could be because of breathing exhaustion. It will rectify on its own once laryngomalacia subsides with age.she smiles, play with her hand, eat her fist , pee 8-10 time normal in colour , poops 4-5 times yellow in colour.everything seems normal in her activity.completely breast fed 7-8 times. what is the reason for low wt gain.is this normal and ok?

My niece is only 3 days old. She is peeing only 3/4 times a day. Not interested to have milk. Not even crying. Intended to sleeping all the time. Is this ok?
