Vaccination at age 5
I have lost the vaccination detail memo that doctor wrote at age 5 for my son in 2019. The chart shows details only till age2. He is 9 years old now. Can MMR, DTap B2, OPV and Typhoid injections given at the same day? Does he need to take all of them again or i jst need to go back to same doctor he can write it again? We need it urgently
now to apply for visa.
