  4. Fever from 3days. Any other medicines?

Fever from 3days
My 3 year old is having mild fever from 3days...with mild cough...giving him crocin and meftal...but fever has not come to control...no other symptoms...he's active too...once the medicine power goes down... fever starts...any other medicines??

Since fever is there for more than 48 hours, child needs some blood tests to be done like CBC and CRP Need more detailed history
