Doctor prescribed 5month old baby with a weight 8 kg meftagesic p 60 ml syrup 4ml thrice a day. Does such high dose is safe for baby? Please suggest

This is a combination of Mefanemic acid (5-8mg/kg dose for child) and paracetamol (15mg/kg/dose) so that should be fine for 8kg child
