  4. Fever not subsiding. Will meftal p help?

Fever not subsiding
My daughter has fever since afternoon 100-101degree Fahrenheit. Even after 4.5ml Dolo 250, the fever is not going. I have to repeat every 4 hours but medicine is not working. Will meftal P help?
