My son is 2.5 years old, he's having congested breathing for a long time now.. in the past he was having a wheeze cough, doctor gave him inhalers.. we were told to take a xray to check his adenoids.. Is that the reason for his congested breathing??!! He doesn't have  whistling wheeze kind of sound.. doesn't have cold.. but always rub his nose... My 4 month old kid have ear piercing done. A small pus filled blister has came on back side of piercing. I bought betadine ointment usp 10 % for him but can i use it or concentration of ointment should be 5%?
