Child Health Issues

My son is 18 month old.First HEP A(biovac a) dose has been given at 12 month...in vaccination card HEP A 2nd DOSE is mentioned...is it required or not? Some dr told it's not required. Pls help

My baby is awake all day.. with max of 1 hour continuous sleep. And she sleep a long stretch at night ( I put her on sleep around 9:24 PM), after feeding. She sleeps till 3.20 am and nurses 8 mins then back to sleep again. 2 wet nappies Is it normal for a 7 week old ? Her birth weight is 2.72 kg and 4 kg in 7 weeks. Is there any serious problem. I'm very worried

6y old child is coughing with mucus. He was given Salbair 1 inhaler during covid to be used with spacer along with Relent + cough syrup. it had really helped. Can i use the inhaler now also? What would be dosage? He is 21kgs.

My daughter age is 4 now ,I could see my baby coughing every night, but in the morning she is normal. Infact she don't have any cold or flu still she cough every night . It irritates her sleep and she cries almost every night. What is the reason kids cough at night

Hello , my kid is 4 yr old .he very often get sick with cold n coughs so we took him to pediatrician but no change then took him to pulmonologist n allergy specialist and under medication as well but still everyday while sleeping he coughs a lot .This is happening everyday from more than 4 months he starts coughing after sleep be it night or afternoon.but it is more worse at night.Any suggestions? is this normal or what i need to do.

My baby is 4.5 month old but have many hair on his ears how can i remove them at home i am afraid it might get more thick and dark while he get older

My son wakes up sometime with crying and in this process he holds his breath with open mouth for a sec! And then cries out with a loud sound with close eye. And I shake him and make him wake and he stopped .Is it normal ? Or should I consult any doctor?

Hello My child recently had RCT for one teeth and doctor asking for visits to clean infection.my child not cooperative and doctor saying to do all teeths under General anesthesia. Is it necessary as if only one teeth is required to clean up with infection. While removing cotton she complaint of ache ...is she having ache or its her scariness. Plz suggest

My 4 year old came by running fastly and fell down by slipping due to water was there on floor, his head hit to the floor and he looked like become unconscious, but later he was ok but he became very dull and slept off and morning he was normal. do you think he might had head injury?

Hello Doctor, my daughter 2 year 3 months was getting yellow discharge and we did urine routine n culture.. all reports are normal...doctor prescribed for sitz bath with betadine solution...for 5 days twice a day...after 6 days she is getting white transparent discharge...is it normal or any thing further to be checked...she is active and not complaining any pain .
