Hi,can you please suggest me which is the best cream for 6 months baby for winter and cold cracks the skin and it appears like sopta

Coconut oil massage is the best. Oil are easily absorbed, best suited to skin and least side effects. However Cetaphil moisturizing cream or Lubriderm or Atogla lotion can be used.
