What are the side effects of formula milk? Is it not advisable to even give it occasionally to a 4 months old baby who has been on exclusive breast feed. Would it not help to gain a little weight?

No. It is not advisable to supplement on breast milk Exclusive breastfeeding is best for baby Mixing it with formula feeds may cause indigestion im babies Breast milk is better and superior to formula feeds Will not help in any additional weight gain If u r exclusively breastfeeding Continue that only as it is best for baby
